Re: Personal Training How does one thank someone for putting them through pain on a weekly basis!? Strange – but true – I do feel better for it! Steve has been very professional since the first day I started training with him. There are times that I thought I couldn’t make it, but he knows how to just push you enough to really make you work, without coming off like a drill Sergeant. I’m stronger and much fitter. I also started playing touch football last year and I have noticed how much better my fitness and speed are since starting training with Steve. He mixes up the routines so that they have never been repetitive and it’s just an absolute delight when doing boxing warm-ups and he lets you loose to smash the pads he’s holding!
