Unlimited access to 45 sessions per week, from early morning to night sessions running 6 days per week. The sessions are cardio and resistance and cater to all levels from easy to more challenging and difficult, you choose what level is best for you. Sessions range from 30 minutes to 1 hour, with complete live visual demonstration and guided cueing so you can be sure you are doing it right.
