"I absolutely love working online with Steve - the best thing is that there are so many sessions you can do , he has classes for everyone from early morning to evening. You work at your level of training he shows you beginners to advanced.
In the 19 weeks now I have been training I have lost a total now of 17 kilos altogether.
On my waist I have lost a total of 15cm, hips lost 5cm, mid between bust and waist lost 7cm, Bust 11cm……..
Little to say I am absolutely delighted I intend on being here as long as my old age lets me lol. I have never felt fitter, stronger, healthier , happier , more confident and back to my old self that I am now. I am so excited to see what is yet to come with my fitness and body/ life changing routine.

"Before finding Halligan’s online fitness, I was a repeat offender at starting then quitting a fitness routine. I’ve been a member of many gyms over the years including classes (CrossFit, F45, Les Mills), then had a go with various fitness apps…nothing lasted longer than a month or two.
