TOP 10 REASONS to have your own PERSONAL TRAINER
-
You’re Not Getting Results or Don’t Know Where to Start
If you’re not getting the results that you want, regardless of what you are doing, a Personal Trainer can take an unbiased view of what is happening and help to plan a better exercise program, eating habits and health goals. And help you to get on track!
Getting help from a Personal Trainer to set up a balanced schedule that includes all the activities you need to do can be the best way to get started. A Personal Trainer can help you maximize your time while helping you stay within your own limits so you don’t overdo it; help you set goals and map out a specific schedule so you know when, how and where you’ll fit your workouts into your busy life.
-
You’re Bored or Not Challenged Enough
Sometimes when exercising by yourself, you may find your exercise routine can become boring and lacking in a challenge. It’s too easy to go easy on yourself and yet think that you are working hard. This will lead to poor results and discouragement. Especially when challenges arise in life, it is great to have a helpful and supportive person on your side! You’ll find it very hard to slack off with a trainer standing over you, telling you to do just…one…more…rep!
Boredom can lead you to stop exercising which can lead you to bad health situations. Some trainers run you through the same workout week after week, or perhaps you repeat the same routines over and over in a gym by yourself. A good Personal Trainer will bring variety, challenge and excitement to your training sessions, and make being healthy fun and exciting.
-
You have Specific Health Issues
An experienced Personal Trainer will help you get the best results while taking into account specific health issues such as arthritis, heart disease, old injuries, pregnancy, etc, to get a safe and effective workout.
-
You’re Shy
Most people do not want to work out in a big gym with dozens of people watching them. If this is you, then a Personal Trainer with a Private Studio is the answer for you, and can be surprisingly affordable. A good Personal Trainer can also show you how to make the best use of what you have at home to get the best workout for you between sessions.
-
You Want to Learn How to Exercise on your Own
A Personal Trainer is the ideal person to help you set up a daily or regular training program that you can use between sessions. Even if you just want to train at home, use a Personal Trainer to setup a regular program that you can use. This is especially true if you want to learn more about the muscles in your body, the exercises that target those muscles and how to do those exercises with great form. Just a few sessions can teach you a lot about your body and how it works.
-
Motivation and Accountability
One of the main benefits of using a Personal Trainer is that people tend to lose motivation and not stick to a consistent exercise program. Certified personal trainers can provide structure and accountability, and help you develop a lifestyle that encourages health.
-
Lose Weight
The reason that people hire a Personal Trainer to lose weight and get into shape is that it works. If you ever made a resolution to lose the fat and build the muscle, a Personal Trainer will keep you on track and help you realize that goal.
-
Safety
A personal trainer watches your form, monitors your vitals and can provide objective feedback about your limits and strengths. Most of us tend to ignore some of the subtle signals our body provides. We either push through pain or give up too soon. Because a personal trainer can watch what you are doing while you are doing it, they can help push you or slow you down as necessary.
-
You Want a Program Tailored to You or Your Event
Training for a specific event like a marathon, a golf tournament or some other type of sport or event, carries specific training requirements that an experienced Personal Trainer can help you to plan.
Your Personal Trainer will tailor an exercise program to meet your particular health goals, current fitness, health levels, condition and financial budget.
