You’ll need a laptop, tablet, or phone with internet access, plus a small space where you can move safely. All sessions are hosted via Zoom – and if you’re new to Zoom, we’ll help you get set up before your first class.
Just bring yourself, a water bottle, and a positive attitude!
A yoga mat and light weights or a resistance band are optional but helpful. No gear? No problem – cans from the cupboard work great.
No contracts here! The Free Trial Week is commitment-free – just sign up and start moving. You will need to complete a waiver form so we’re aware of any pre-existing injuries and can support your goals safely.

You’ll have the option to continue with a membership or pay-as-you-go. We’ll send you all the info before your trial wraps up – no pressure, just options.
Not at all! Your camera is completely optional.
We love seeing your face – it helps us check your form and cheer you on – but if you prefer privacy, feel free to keep it off.

The trainer’s camera will be spotlighted for everyone. Participant cameras appear small and are usually at the bottom of the screen – or not visible at all. This setup helps you follow along easily and minimises distractions.
Each session includes a warm-up, a main workout targeting specific muscle groups, and a cool-down with stretching. We keep things varied and engaging, so no two sessions feel exactly the same.
Yes – with the right guidance. Our trainers offer safe modifications for all exercises, so you can move comfortably at your own pace.
If you’re recovering from an injury, we recommend checking with your healthcare provider before starting.
